As we offer customized podcast and PR services, refunds are generally not applicable once a project has commenced, since resources and time are allocated immediately after confirmation.

Before project initiation:
If you cancel your order before work has started, you may be eligible for up to 90% refund of the total fee (10% is retained for processing & administrative costs).
After project initiation:
Once production, recording, or PR activities have begun, no refund will be issued.
For subscription-based services:
You can cancel future renewals anytime, but no refunds will be provided for the ongoing billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
If the service was not delivered due to our inability to fulfill the commitment.
Upon management’s discretion based on project evaluation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. No Refund for Digital Deliverables
For completed podcast episodes, promotional placements, or digital assets that have been published or shared, no refund will be possible due to the irreversible nature of digital content.
